As every month, the Unreal Marketplace is offering some assets for free. If you are an Unreal Engine user, it is a good idea to keep an eye on the Marketplace every month, as there may be stuff you will like.

This month, we have various asset types. Let’s take a look.

Clothing and Shoe Stores is a shopping center area with some clothing and shoe stores in it. It has different types of stores, like unisex stores, clothing for women, shoes for men, from different styles.

Physical Interaction System is an interaction system similar to the one you find in Amnesia: The Dark Descent, where you basically click and move the mouse to perform the actions (open doors, lift objects, rotate levers, etc.).

Universal Camera is a very versatile camera that can be used for a lot of different things and different types of games. For example, you can use it on a side-scroller game, a top down game, a third person game, you can make a camera that rotates around a point or that travels from point A to point B, among others.

Loft Office (Modular) is a set of 3 very realistic modular scenes. It includes 101 meshes and textures that go from 512 to 4096 pixels. The sets are completely lit and ready to use.

Animated Rain – Waterdrop Material & FX is a rain visual effect that includes an effect of water running on top of surfaces. The effect is really cool and will add realism to your rainy scenes.
